ORCAL, Inc. Welcomes Jared Hajik as Northern California Sales Representative
[Sacramento, CA] – March 13, 2025 – ORCAL, Inc., a leader in agricultural solutions and services, is proud to announce the hiring of Jared Hajik as Northern California Sales Representative. With a wealth of experience in farm management, organic operations, and crop consulting, Jared will play a key role in supporting growers and PCAs across Northern California.
Born in Santa Clara and raised in Reedley, Jared’s agricultural roots run deep. He spent much of his youth working on friends’ walnut orchards and in stone fruit packing sheds. After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he attended with his wife, Lauren, he decided to pursue a career in the Army.
After leaving the Army in 2014, Jared returned to California and began his career in agriculture. He joined Wilbur-Ellis in 2015 as a PCA, managing almond, walnut, rice, tomato, and alfalfa fields across Yolo, Solano, and Sutter Counties. In 2019, Jared transitioned to Gold Leaf Farming as a farm manager, overseeing both organic and conventional almond orchards.
